“Jamie’s work is so amazing. It’s never too much and always perfect results. Such a professional and really nice. He’s my go to person in LA.”

“Great experience with Jamison. I drove all the way from Palm Springs after seeing some social media posts. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my goals. As a male, I appreciated his “less is more” approach, focusing on helping me look refreshed rather than overdone or unnatural. He created a realistic treatment plan without pus…”

“I went in primarily for my husband, but decided that I could improve my look and feel more myself, look more alert, and honestly fake my age a little better. Jamie is the second aesthetician that I’ve worked with in depth. I am convinced I’ll get more out of his work than I did with the other highly skilled and reputable team. Jamie really knows his stuff.”

“Jamison is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clear when explaining his approach and reasoning behind his recommendations. I trust and value his direction and opinions. He put me at ease immediately and gave me some much needed hope that my skin and aging situation can, in fact, be improved under his direction and care.”

“Best treatment ever, beautiful and tasteful and clean practice, super professional and great results. Can only recommend.”

Next 30-day re-screen · July 4, 2026 · Badge revokes automatically if anything slips.
Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie. It’s the floor — the bare minimum I’d send a friend toward.
Aura Verified is the next bar — and a harder one. It checks what the public record can’t see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. Beauty FX by Jamison hasn’t earned it yet — Aura would love to help them get there.
So — Screened is real, and revokable. Take it as a starting point, not a finish line. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
I check the first two on every spa I screen. The third is on you, babe — but if you ask and they fumble it, that’s your sign.
